NETIZEN PRAISES MBS’S FAST RESPONSE AFTER OLD WOMAN FALLS DOWN AT FOOD COURT

A netizen recently posted on the Facebook page Complaint Singapore which he stated on how the Marina Bay Sand’s food court responded after an old lady fell down.

Marina Bay Sand basement 2 Food court service:

An old lady slip and fall.Less then 5 sec, their manager came and assist.

Less then 15 sec, 4 more staff come and assist.

A min later : cleaner do cleaning

Within 3 min: Cleaning machine do cleaning again.

Within 7 min: medical team came. Another manager also came.

Within 10 min: Cisco with carry gun to assist escort and push wheel chair. Damm good service
