A netizen has posted on Facebook asking if anyone has faced the same scenario as her.
Her husband received a call from Certis Cisco on behalf of Ministry of Health (MOH) that he is a close contact to a Covid positive case and has been serve a Quarantine Order (QO).
He was first told that someone would pick him up to a Government Quarantine Facility (GQF) in two days and then told again in an hour that there is no need to quarantine and sorry for the inconvenience.
She has already rushed back to fetch her kids when she received the first news from her husband and she wonders what MOH is doing.

The story does not end here though, as the netizen has further commented that she has called MOH hotline and was told that the QO has been rescinded.
However after two hours, they were allegedly presented with another QO.
