
A Facebook user shared his unpleasant encounter after ordering food from Encik Tan via food delivery application Food Panda.
According to the user, the food he received was spoilt and he had feedback to Food Panda asking for a refund. However, the refund was not returned to the user as promised after a month of waiting.

The user even emailed to Food Panda twice to check on the status of the refund but no response was provided.

In his post:
” Order encik tan vs food panda around a month ago.. Upon open up the box.. I saw this in my horror.. I immediately feedback to panda.. They got the guts to still ask me whether izit still edible.. After showing the photo.. They still ask me tat type of question?? End up they promise to refund me.. But up to date.. I have yet to receive a single cents.. Even though I email them twice.”
