NETIZEN THAT THE TUMBLR HE BOUGHT CONTAIN A MEMO TOGETHER WITH HIS DRINK!

I have bought a new Tumbler at your Cathay store on 24 Aug 2017’s afternoon and redeemed a free Mocha Ice Cube drink. Look what I have found in the Tumbler when I was about to wash it when I am back home. What an unpleasant sight!?

What’s worse? Only getting to know after I finished the whole cup of drink! -.- Please correct me if I am wrong, the memo shouldn’t be inside with the drink?
