He mentions that the HDB BTO for Hougang/Kovan 4 – room has been oversubscribed by more than 20 times.
He urges HDB to give aspiring homeowners a chance and pick up the pace as demand is clearly outstripping supply.
Given the current Covid-19 situation which makes it hard to get workers to start projects and the amount of land available, we think that it is almost impossible for supply to match with the demand.
