NEA (M…..FU….R) OFFICERS not in any UNIFORM … they are supposed to ensure the CITIZENS to obey the law of SMOKING and show the SMOKING AREA in SINGAPORE…instead they PENALISED and SUMMONED….minimum Penalties is S$200 to S$2000 ..
