Responsibility should be users not the bank
But, the responsibility falls on the users. You can hire 10 cleaners but if 1000 daily users are dirty bugs who throw trash everywhere the number of cleaners won’t make a difference.

- It’s our social responsibilities to keep the place clean. Dun see why the blame is on DBS or the cleaners. Should shame those who dirty the places
- People whom have transaction, should do their part, by disposing unwanted slip into the bin provided. Instead of waiting for cleaners! Or rather blaming on teller owners.
