On 10 June, a man shared his heart-pounding experience on a water slide at Penang Escape Theme Park through a TikTok video where he found himself stuck midway through the slide.
The man was seen in the video standing at the start point of the water slide, before a platform below him opened, propelling him into the tube water slide.
Filled with excitement, he screamed as he plummeted down, relishing the rush of adrenaline. However, his exhilaration was abruptly halted when he suddenly came to a stop in the middle of the slide.
Confused yet composed, he attempted to push himself down to continue the ride but ended up getting stuck again. With a mix of confusion and concern, he scanned the slide, searching for an escape route.
Realizing his predicament, the OP tried to call out for help, shouting “Hello?” while inside the slide. Fortunately, a staff member intervened and opened a panel on the slide from the outside, granting the OP an exit route.
The relief on the OP’s face was evident as he climbed out, grateful for his safe rescue.
He added in his TikTok post that he will never ride that water slide ever again.
