NEW LAW, GO OUT MUST WEAR MASK, IF NOT WEARING $300 FINE.

According to the latest media release, it is now compulsory to wear a mask when going out. National Development Minister Lawrence Wong revealed new information to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Offenders risk paying $300 for not wearing a mask. This comes in immediate effect

The only exceptions are

  • exercising
  • child below 2 years of age

Straight after finish exercising it is required to put on a mask.

That means it does not matter where you’re going, you have to put on a mask, if you’re going to exercise wear a mask and go down, remove mask for your exercise such as running. After exercise put the mask back on.
