Dear Ninjavan, I do not know why you notify me that you will be delivering the parcel on 16 October 2021 on 0753 hours. I have waited the whole day at home, expecting the parcel to arrive. To my disappointment, the parcel did not arrive and I didn’t know that you guys even deliver at 0019 (17 October) this is very disappointing. As I have literally waited the whole day at home.
Please do not notify the customer that you are delivering today if you are unable to uphold the delivery.Â
