A resident of Arc @ Tampines condominium allegedly witnessed an obscene act after receiving her parcel from a Ninja Van delivery man.

According to the resident, she saw the delivery man pleasuring himself outside her unit after the delivery. She happened to see the man in the act through the peephole when she was about to go out to throw her rubbish.
The woman felt traumatised from the incident and was disgusted after seeing the man touched her shoes rack before leaving. The woman then took a video as evidence and informed the security officer at the entrance.
The man was stopped and the police were alerted. The man was later arrested for public nuisance.
Investigations are ongoing.
