KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 4, 2018 – A total of 246 foreign nationals including six locals were detained for allegedly conducting immoral activities including prostitution and employing illegal immigrants in the operations of the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) at three entertainment centers simultaneously at Jalan Klang Lama here early this morning.
In the operation that began at midnight, foreigners arrested were 205 women and 11 Thai men; seven Laotian women; three Myanmar men; three Lao women, three Koreans, 14 Bangladeshis and six local residents as employers’ representatives.
