NParks deployed over 500 personnel to all parks, nature reserves and green spaces in Singapore in a bid to combat the burgeoning crowds.

The personnel will be patrolling the area and advising people to observe safe management measures.

NParks will also use drones to help monitor crowd levels.

Lim Liang Jin, the Group Director of the National Biodiversity Centre under NParks, also said that should the crowds at a specific area beocme too dense, Nparks will consider closing off the section of the green space.
