According to a media release, an NFS Police was sentenced to 10 weeks of jail after tricking his primary school classmate to expose her bra via video call. The man tricked his classmate to expose her bra to assist him in a changing room spycam investigation.
The man was initially sentenced to 3 months of jail for his crime. However, the judge reduced the sentence to 10 weeks considering the fact that the man is at a young age and he pleaded guilty immediately.
According to court documents, the man tricked the victim into exposing her bra thinking that she was assisting him in an investigation. After the victim did what she was instructed, the man screenshots her image and uploaded to an online platform for discussion.
The victim alerted the police after feeling uneasy about the incident.
