Since the start of the circuit breaker, OCBC employees and their customers are required to check-in and out with the SafeEntry system. They are also required to follow the circuit breaker measures such as temperature screening, wearing of a mask, safe distancing while at the branch.

TraceTogether application has been used by all branch employees and customers who visit the branches for a face-to-face consultation.

Separate queues with seats will be set up for elderly and pregnant customers. Branch employees will assist seniors to perform the SafeEntry QR code scanning if they do not know how to do so.
