A photo surfaced on Facebook showing a woman in her 70s at a makeshift stall set up around Yew Tee selling toys.

She is apparently trying to make a little more money so that she can support her handicapped husband, who is in his 80s and whose left hand has been paralysed for 20 years.

She has a little sign on the side of her stall that reads:

please have compassion, pleade don’t scold me.

I am in my 70s and need money to support my handicapped husband (in his 80s)

whos left hand has been paralysed for 20 years.

Thank you for your kindness.

Facebook user Klara Chong, shared the photo and appealed to the public to please support her business if you see her.

May be an image of one or more people, people standing and street
