An elderly uncle advised a PMD rider to not ride too fast as he almost hit someone. But instead of apologizing, the PMD delivery rider, who was spotted with tattoos attacked the elderly man with a metal bicycle lock.

The assault happened at 322 Hougang Ave 5 at about 7pm yesterday (18 July).
The elderly man retaliated and knocked the delivery man to the ground. The food delivery man ran across the road to escape from the elderly man. The uncle who was still angry knocked down the attacker’s electric scooting.
The elderly man was sent to Sengkang Hospital as he suffered severe head injuries.
