Police have stated that they will not take further action against Ong Ye Kung pertaining to a video that he had posted during the election campaign.

The video that Ong uploaded showed him having a conversation with a primary school student. But it was clearly stated in the electoral rules that no primary or secondary students are allowed to participate in any campaign activities.
Ong was issued a notice reminding him to abide by the electoral rules. Ong also took down the video on the same day.
