Now they were spotted eating Koi fish at a condominium. A video of the otters feasting in a condominium pond is circulating on social media.
From the video, otters were seen hunting for fish in the pond and eating it at the side. Residents were seen crowding around the pond while they look at the otters in action.
A woman was heard saying that the otters are being disruptive and she felt sorry for the fishes.
