A concerned citizen sends in an email to Singapore Uncensored, stating there are gatherings conducted in his neighbourhood that breached the safety measures.
Daily more than 10 of these dog owner’s will gather in the park and intermingle.
Here is what the netizen said:
Location of those videos taken is at Zhenghua Nature Park. As for the date, it’s a daily basis. Every day they will appear there to mingle.
The time is around 5 pm to 8 pm daily.
I have 3 months worth of past photos of them mingling.
It’s basically all over Bukit Panjang estate.

First-time offenders who breach safe distancing measures are fined $300.
For non-compliance with safe management measures under the COVID-19 offenders may be jailed for up to six months, fined up to S$10,000, or both.
If they are caught by the Police for not wearing a mask or not wearing a mask properly he can be charged under the Covid-19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) Regulations 2020.
Penalties include a fine of up to SGD$10,000 and jailed for up to six months.
