I’m an overweight female (like really overweight) who is looking to lose some weight. the thing is, I don’t know where to start in terms of exercising.
I’m already slowly changing my food intake and is trying to walk on a regular basis.
however, i have read that if i were to lose weight, I’d be covered with loose skin and that scares me a lot. I’ve read that weight training together with cardio helps reduce the amount of loose skin i’ll get.
anyhoo, i’ve not exercised in a really long time and i actually do not know where to start. so i thought of getting a personal trainer whom can guide me along the way and possibly be my support system. does anybody know any trainers who usually helps overweight hopeless females?
