A video has emerged on Facebook about a reckless P-plate biker not paying attention on the road and not following the traffic rules.

It was green light for the car in orange and it had the right of way.
As it was moving forward, the biker decided to do a u-turn and unfortunately, it came into the path of the car and resulted in a rear end collision.
The bike can be seen fallen on the road after the collision.
