A part timer at a healthcare centre who is originally a hawker worker was jailed for almost a year (11 months) after he admitted to fondle with a 32-year-olds woman’s privates.
Initially, The victim had some shoulder and back pain and it started off as a normal $38 massage. Later on he gave all sorts of excuses to tell the victim to face up for the massage and then later on told her to sit straight and subsequently took off her top and massage near her breast area by shifting her bra upwards and even massage her inner thighs. Initially, she think that is was a normal massage but later felt confuse and lodged a police report.
SHE SAID SHE HAD FELT THE SAME IN PAST EXPERIENCE WITH A FEMALE MASSEUSE
The culprit is Sin Tiong Khen 60-years-old due to his age he cannot be caned as he is above the age of 50-years-old.
