Basically what happen is, I left my wallet inside a grab, it has been about 62 hours now, the grab driver did not pick up, I have emailed grab multiple times and they said they couldn’t contact the driver.
He’s on offline mode in grab for the last 60 hours. I called him about 2 mins after I left the grab but he didn’t pick up as well, I have very important contents inside my wallet which has work and sentimental values to me. Grab support is not helpful, and all they can reply is they cannot contact him. I hope this post can be escalated up to grab and someone can help me. Thank you
