Spread the news and the picture, especially to those taxi drivers:
On 2017 30th November 0048hrs, I pickup this passenger (see photo for the culprit) from clark quay taxi stand.
To cut the story short; he runaway the taxi fare for only $12.40.
The destination was preplan to a dead end road at Lor Ayer @ Lor 1 Geylang. (One way street)
He tent to said urgent “peep” will get back. But obviously is to run away the fare.
The culprit will take the construction fencing to the direction toward Kallang Road.

Immediately after I make a u-tune back to Kallang Road toward Sim Avenue, he flag my taxi for 2nd time, that is where I start to have conflict with him and he remind me of taking picture of him.
