An elderly woman complained of hygiene problems at her stay at Seng Kang Hospital.

The elderly was shocked when the nurses decided to reuse the diaper as it does not appears to be dirty. “Wow, didnt know her eyes have microscope can see bacteria”.
“When we removed her trousers to check, we saw that her buttocks was red and swollen. What was more shocking was that there were feces there.”
“I questioned the nurse and she said that the diaper was ‘not too dirty’.” and reuse the diaper for the old lady.
“My mother stayed there for 2 days and complained that she couldn’t take it, so we switched her to a different hospital.”

It has been reported that the incident happened on Christmas Day. The hospital is investigating in the incident.
