Hi, under non-emergency circumstances, does SPF have right of way at zebra crossings???
Couple of weeks ago
Time: between 2330pm to 0030am
(Wanted to complain but decided to give benefit of doubt so can’t recall the exact date and time now)

Time: 0000hrs

Zebra crossing along Dorset Road (the one before turning left into Gloucester Road)
Both times I demonstrated my intention to cross by standing on the pavement, waiting for the patrol cars to stop. And both times, they simply drove across the zebra crossings without slowing down or stopping!!!
For it to happen once, I can brush it off as an isolated case. For it to happen again, I begin to wonder if law enforcers are abusing their rights.
I’ll appreciate an investigation into today’s incident (at least), if not both.
