Beware of this pervert lurking around Bishan MRT taking upskirt videos. Managed to spot him from afar with his wallet covering a part of his phone screen which was already in video recording mode even before he went up the escalator. Handed him along with the video he took to the police officers and IO after that.
Pretty sure he’s been doing this for quite some time from the way he responded to the questions asked by the police officers and myself.
