Owner of dog is looking for witness .
Here is what the owner said,
“‼️APPEALING FOR WITNESSES HIT-AND-RUN‼️”
“My dog was involved in a hit-and-run today between 3:11pm-3:15pm at Hougang Ave 4 junction, the road right opp main entrance of IMH going towards Yio Chu Kang primary. His ribs were crushed & pierced his lungs, which led to internal bleeding. He died on the spot. “

“Kind witness saw my dog on the roadside & rendered assistance, unfortunately her dashcam could not capture the driver/license plate number. “
