Was picking up durians at Mandai last friday with my buddies. Just when i was approaching a huge durian tree, a old uncle appear out of nowhere and claim that the tree belongs to his family! Its My Ancestor’s Tree”.
He told us to stay away or he will fight with us. Well, just a durian tree. WHATS THE FUSS ABOUT IT!?
I told him “your family one ah? write your name on the tree la!”
The uncles proceeded to take a knife and carve his family chinese characters on to the tree.
Uncle: you happy now? got my name.
Me: Knn, Why dont you also pee at the tree like how dogs marks territory?
The look on the guys face changed! He still had a knife in his hand. We decided to run off. The uncles was scolding some hokkien vulgarities while we make out escape.
