According to a Facebook post by LTA, officers were deployed islandwide to catch illegal versions of PMD and those riding on the footpath.
Here is their FB Post
#PressingOn Over the past week, we conducted plain clothes enforcement in locations such as Balestier, Choa Chu Kang, Hougang, Jurong, Kallang, Pasir Ris, Sengkang, Tanglin, Tampines, Teck Whye, Whampoa, and Yishun. This is in addition to our regular enforcement efforts to #CatchTheNaughtyOnes 👿

Other than being on the lookout for errant riders who used their devices on the wrong paths, our #AMEOs also clamped down on those who were using non-compliant devices. 🙅🏻♂️🙅🏻♀️
Regardless of which device you use, you must ride safely and responsibly and comply with the rules to keep our paths safer for everyone. #NoPMDsOnRoads #NoPMDsOnFootpaths #NoPABsOnFootpaths
