A woman, Kenny L Wong, shared her displeasure at having her food delivery left on the floor outside her flat by a food delivery person.
Here is what she said
When basic Service not even practicedÂ
Just happened yesterday, The driver just put the food in a very bad manner . I found my food at the floor outside my door gate. The driver didn’t use the doorbell nor call my mother in-law whom just outside living room watching the TV.
The driver /delivery person mad to just put the food in the floor no hygiene and respect !!!hope grab will look into this
*ps to all I have hook on my gate too . My house have doorbell too , my mother in-law was outside living room waiting for the food for me cos I was bathing my baby around that timing the person delivered the food.
I contacted grab many times through their hotline but no one bothered to answer .
*I manage to find their feedback chat in grab apps today but they told me that it’s beyond 12 hours so investigation cant be done . It’s really poor service provided from the delivery team up to the management I guess .
I’m a platinum grab member , and not a first time grab user I’m just shocked of such thing happened +the poor management response
