
Singapore Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong would be addressing the nation in a broadcast on Saturday (Oct 9), with regards to the current Covid-19 situation.
He said in a Facebook post that he would be addressing Singaporeans on the Covid-19 situation and the plans to a new normal.
He added that the nation should carry on as normal, and there is no need to rush out to stock up on household items or dine out.
The speech can be viewed live on the Straits Times’ website, Facebook page and Youtube channel as well as PM Lee’s Facebook page and on Mediacorp channels.
The Covid Taskforce has previously said that the measures in place would be reviewed and adjusted at the two week mark and it will depend on the situation in the community.
It has been almost two weeks now since the new measures were announced.
