At about 6.50 am on 23 February 2021, a fire broke out at Jalan Bukit Merah in a unit at Block 105 7th floor.

The fire was due to the electrical source from Non-UL2272 PMD after investigations.
The fire was brought out by the SCDF using 2 compressed air foam backpacks and a fire extinguisher.
The police have evacuated 20 residents from the block during the incident and 2 residents have been sent to SGH for sustaining burnt injuries.
