A video was recently uploaded to SGRV Facebook page showing a PMD rider dashing across the road when he was not in the right of way.

The incident was reported to have happened on 29 Dec 2020 at Toa Payoh Central. The rider was seen not complying to traffic light signal and dash across the road. Thankfully, the other road users were alert enough to prevent an accident from happening.
