The rider not only dashed through the traffic like his uncle’s road and also failed to wear a helmet.
He was seen dashing the red light and going diagonally crossing a second road.
Penalties
offenders convicted of riding on roads/footpaths are subject to a fine of up to $ 2000 or in prison for three months, or both.
Using a non-approved PMD the fine is up to $10,000Â and/or jailed up to 6 months.
