Pokemon Go not working for Starhub subscriber using mobile data

Any of the Pokemon Go trainer are using Starhub line? Are you unable to play Pokemon Go when you are out of office using your mobile data?

According to downdetector.com there is a spike in reports from 1800hrs to 2000hrs.
