The Singapore Police Force issued an appeal for information on 16 November about a man to assist with investigations into a case of electric scooters being stolen.
The case reportedly happened at Block 327A Sumang Walk, on 11 October 2021, at Punggol.
The photo of the man seemed to have been taken from a police CCTV footage at the void deck of the alleged scene.
The man was seen wearing a white single, long black pants and was not wearing a face mask, with his face visible.
Public members who have valuable information are requested to contact the police via their hotline at 1800-255-0000.
Alternatively, they can also submit the information online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness.
All information pertaining to the case as well as the person submitting it will be kept confidential.
