Amidst the chaos, a third individual, clad in a singlet and with a cigarette hanging from his lips, stood on the sidelines as he wagged a finger accusingly at the man who was being arrested.
While the exact sequence of events remained blurry due to the commotion, it was alleged in the caption of the TikTok video posted by a netizen named Boon Leong that the policewoman was slapped and kicked within a split second during the altercation. However, it was uncertain whether this specific incident was captured on camera.
