Facebook group SGRV recently posted on an alleged double standard treatment after a porsche caynne was exempted from being issued a parking offense by instruction from the Housing Development board. It was believed that the Porsche was parked at the loading/unloading bay for 2 days.

Car parked in loading / unloading bay since at least 05th Jan @ 0730am. This area is a school gate and also a gate for the MOE kindergarten located in the school. Many parents drop and fetch their young children at this gate. I called parking offence hotline on 06th/0730am and 1200pm and warden only came on 07th/0845am to issue a warning.
Why instructed by HDB not to issue offence?
I myself parked in a different spot in the same area for 5 mins to fetch my child and received an offence ticket some time back. But this car only gets a warning by parking for at least 2.5 days now.
Why the double standard?
