I came back to open my letterbox and then made a phone call, as I like to walk about when I am making a phone call, I walked to the back of my letterbox and to my horror discover this!
Even though I have already called in to highlight this and asked them to immediately send down somebody to rectify this, I still feel this is an extreme careless mistake and service lapse by Singpost that I should alert everybody that this sort of thing may happen to you.
All the residents’ letters could be taken by anybody!!! This may be why credit cards and important letters get stolen without being noticed by anybody.
