PRC National, Xie Danpeng, 30, is currently accused of exposing himself and performing a sexual act in a backyard of Barossa Gardens condominium last year. Xie is a scientist from the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*Star).

It is said that he took of his pants before stimulating himself in the presence of two people at the Barossa Gardens condominium in Pasir Panjang Road.
According to his Linkedin profile, he holds a PhD in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Macau.
Xie is also accused of two counts of theft and criminal trespass. If convicted of exposing himself, he can be jailed for up to a year and fined.
