A PRC man was allegedly attacked out of the blue while having a meal with his friend at a Chinatown hawker centre.
The man took a video of himself holding his head, with his hand covered in what appears to be blood as his friend spoke to the police.
He captioned his video in Mandarin: “Was in Singapore’s Chinatown with a friend for a meal, got attacked by a Singaporean until my head was bleeding. Where is the law in Singapore?”
His friend was seen in the background of the video speaking to the police officers who attended to them at the scene.
