A video was uploaded on the Instagram page sgfollowsall which shows a group of elderly sharing their negative experience after being cheated of more than $4000 for a facial.

The outlet in question is E.ZONE at Tampinese interchange and it is alleged that the staff are of PRC origin.
The banner stated that the facial cost $38 but the group of elderly aunties/Uncle paid more than 100 times the amount. The police were seen at the scene and a police report has been made.
