The Chinese embassy in Singapore has announced that a free pamphlet is available since 22 September last year for, Chinese tourist to pick up at Changi Airport.

This “rule pamphlet” is more of a Dos and Don’ts book.
The 27-page pamphlet will be also available in E-book format. Fang Xinwen, a representitive from the Chinese embassy reports on Chinese tourist behaviours and increase. We believe why this pamphlet was released.
