A video was shared on the Facebook group Sg Chinese Community showing a PRC woman who refused to pay her taxi fare.

According to Sg Chinese Community post, the taxi driver picked up the woman from the Geylang Road and dropped her off at 39 Circuit Road. When arriving at the destination the woman attempted to evade the fare of $8.50.
From the footage, the cab driver was heard telling the woman that he had called the police and she can either pay the fare or wait for the police to arrive to settle the dispute.
