A PHV driver shared how a PRC woman suddenly emerged and stepped in front of his car with her back facing him, resulting in herself being hit by the car.
He thought he was going to be penalised but was surprised when he got a letter from the traffic police saying that action has been taken against the pedestrian for failing to follow traffic rules.

Came back frm Melbourne got a Letter frm Traffic Police .
I was flabbergasted .
Lumens told me they will return d CDW $535 .
If I need Recourse , I need to engage my own Lawyer to claim frm her fr d Damaged Mirror , Loss of Income and etc ..But , I dont think I am going that route .
