Ordered the Mini Steamboat fish soup from Cheng Long Food Enterprise Fish Soup at Foodfare Sembawang Mrt. Advertised photos shows there’s a fire from the bottom. But when the final product came, there was none. I asked how come there is no heater at the bottom.

China woman at the counter claims the soup is already hot so no need. So why the hell do u still sell this when a normal bowl will do. This is FALSE advertising.
