PREGNANT WOMAN & BF KILLED IN FATAL ACCIDENT WHILE ON THE WAY TO S’PORE FOR WORK

A woman from Johor who was 6 months pregnant, was on her way to Singapore for work along with her boyfriend when they got into a fatal accident during the commute.

They were on their way heading towards Tuas Second Link on Thursday (16 March) when the tragic accident took place.

It is unclear how exactly the accident unfolded or how they died, but according to media reports, their motorcycle was found by passers-by along the highway.

8world reported that the woman was six months pregnant at the time, and also reportedly lost her baby when she died in the accident.

According to the woman’s sister, she worked for a courier company in Singapore, while her boyfriend worked in a hardware store here.

The sister also posted a photo of the police report that she lodged, on Facebook, sharing that she was informed about the tragic news and found out about the accident after a passer-by had called her at about 7 am on 16 March.

The deceased couple were both pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics who later arrived, according to the police report that was shared online.

The sister also appealed for information via the Facebook post, asking those who have dashcam footage of the accident or details and information about it to come forward.

(translated) Friends, there has been a car accident and I need your help, on 16/3/2023, there was a traffic accident this morning. My sister and brother-in-law had a traffic accident on the way to Bukit indah highway to tuas. Both of them died in the accident and my sister was still pregnant.
