PREPARE TO PAY 3.5% MORE FOR ELECTRICITY IN JAN TO MARCH

According to a statement by the SP group that was told the press on Monday, Electricity tariffs will increase in the first quarter of 2020.

The increase will be by 0.81 cents per kilowatt-hour. Households will be expecting to pay for electricity at a rate of 24.24 cents per kWh hours. This will translate to an average of $2-$3 more a month for a four-room flat.

If your house is not powered by SP group, please refer to your relevant service provider for the rates.

SP group reviews rates every quarter, so it good to keep a lookout out your bill on how much kWh one might be paying every quarter.
